1. Registration Deed:
This document serves as the primary legal proof of The Sewak Foundation’s establishment as a nonprofit organization. It outlines our organization’s constitution, objectives, and governing rules as registered under the appropriate governmental authority.

2. NGO PAN Card:
– The Permanent Account Number (PAN) is a unique identification number issued by the Income Tax Department of India. Our NGO PAN card ensures compliance with taxation regulations and identifies The Sewak Foundation as a tax-exempt charitable organization.

3. 12A and 80G Certificates (Tax Exemption):
– The 12A certificate provides The Sewak Foundation with tax exemption status under Section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This means that our organization is exempt from paying income tax on the funds received for charitable purposes.
– The 80G certificate allows our donors to claim tax deductions for their contributions to The Sewak Foundation. Donors contributing to our NGO can avail of tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

4. NGO Darpan Certificate:
– The NGO Darpan certificate is issued by the NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India) and serves as official recognition of our NGO’s existence. It helps in establishing credibility and transparency in our operations.
